Tom is a man of true integrity. each and every thing that he said was going to happen did. every time he told me he or one of the guys would do something, they did. it is refreshing to deal in this type of an environment these days, especially in a long distance business relationship. it has been a real joy to get my snow blower attachment from these folks and i recommend them to all without reservation. and speaking of the snow blower i am very pleased with that as well. my only complaint is that we did not get anywhere near as much snow as i had anticipated and now i'll have to wait another year before i get to play with my new toy again! have a great day tom. I would like to tell your company that our experience with you and the purchase of our 72'' hydraulic brush mower was the best we have ever had with any company.
